My order was ready really fast, which I appreciated. The only thing is I was expecting clearer instructions for where to go, because the pickup signs weren’t very easy to follow.

"good value for the price"
i picked up a desk and a few kitchen bits from IKEA, and i’m happy with everything. the prices felt fair, and the quality was better than i expected for what i paid. delivery went smoothly too. overall, it was a good value and i’d probably shop there again

"Easy, hassle-free exchange"
I picked up the wrong size lamp shade by mistake, so I took it back to ikea with my receipt. the whole thing was really straightforward. The staff handled it in just a few minutes, didn’t make it awkward, and didn’t ask a bunch of unnecessary questions. My refund came through quickly too, which made the experience feel reliable. I’d definitely feel confident shopping there again.

"Simple, clean, and actually fits my space"
I ordered a small desk and a couple shelves from ikea.com. Nothing fancy. Just wanted something clean and not huge, because my room already feels kind of packed. the design is pretty much exactly what I had in mind. Simple lines, not bulky, easy to match with the stuff I already have. It feels practical, but still looks nice, which is kind of the whole point. For the price, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty smooth Ikea trip, honestly"
I went to Ikea yesterday to grab a small desk and a few kitchen things, and it was actually a really decent trip. It was busy, but not in that overwhelming way where you immediately regret going, you know? The staff were friendly when we asked where something was, and they even helped us check if it was in stock, which I appreciated. The checkout line also moved way faster than I expected. I only got lost once in the showroom lol, but that’s basically part of the Ikea experience, right? Overall, I thought it was a good visit and the prices felt fair.

"Quick and easy to put together"
I got it built fast, which was a nice surprise. A couple little parts took a minute to line up, but nothing worth stressing over. Overall, it was simple and went together just fine.

i mean, it went better than I expected. I got my ikea shelf built in about an hour, and the instructions were mostly clear. I only messed up one screw, so not too bad. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out

"Items Were There, But I Felt Brushed Off"
I checked online before going in, and when I stopped by later that same day, everything I needed was actually in stock. That part was great, but the experience felt a little off because I kind of felt dismissed when I asked for help, like I was bothering someone. Glad I got what I came for, though.

I had a small issue with my IKEA order and thought it might turn into one of those back-and-forth things that takes days. But no, they replied quickly, which was a nice surprise.
The person I chatted with was actually helpful too. Like, they clearly read what I wrote instead of just sending some copy-paste answer. It got sorted without much stress, so yeah... I was happy with the service.

"Looks good, just missing a screw"
My order got here quickly and it looks really nice. Only issue was that one screw was missing from the pack, so I had to rummage around at home to find something that would work. Not the end of the world, and I’m still happy with it overall, but yeah, kind of annoying.

"Pretty reliable delivery overall"
I ordered a few shelves and storage boxes from Ikea, and the delivery went smoothly. I got the text updates, and the driver showed up within the time slot, maybe about 10 minutes late, which wasn’t a big deal. Everything arrived in good condition too. I’m taking one star off because the tracking page was ridiculously slow to update at times, but overall it was a decent experience

"Helpful, but a little annoying too"
I used ikea.com before heading to the store, and it was useful. The navigation felt easy to figure out, and the categories mostly made sense, which helped me plan things out. The store map info was great because I didn’t end up wandering around forever like I usually do. At the same time, a few pages were kind of slow, and I still had to click around more than I expected just to find the exact aisle details. So I liked it, but it also got on my nerves a bit. Overall, still a solid experience. 4 stars

Ordered a few things from IKEA the whole delivery process was really easy. Nice. The tracking was clear the entire time, with updates when my order was packed, shipped, and out for delivery. It also showed up right within the time window they gave me, so I wasn’t stuck waiting around all day. Relief. Happy with how it all went.

"Still sturdy after two years"
I bought these IKEA shelves about two years ago, and they’re still holding up really well. I notice little things like whether the corners stay flush or if the shelves start to lean even slightly, and so far there’s been none of that. No wobbling, no loose-feeling spots, and they still feel solid when I set things on them.
